The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

 Remove Computer+, IG Callouts

Update or remove JM Callouts Remastered (it's no more avaliable at lspdfr website)

 

And one of your xml file need to be fixed

So I have found what was causing this error. Few days ago when I was plating LSPDFR I have edited defaultRegions.xml and forgot about it. When I was editing it I accidentally duplicated the first line of the code witch was causing the error.
Now I fixed it and it works fine.
