LSPD First Response has crashed

When I try to load LSPDFR it crashes. 

The interesting thing is that I did not install or change anything, it just decided to start crashing.

 Remove Computer+, IG Callouts

Update or remove JM Callouts Remastered (it's no more avaliable at lspdfr website)

 

And one of your xml file need to be fixed

 Still there is smh wrong with one of your xml

So I have found what was causing this error. Few days ago when I was plating LSPDFR I have edited defaultRegions.xml and forgot about it. When I was editing it I accidentally duplicated the first line of the code witch was causing the error.
Now I fixed it and it works fine.
