Solutions

  1. NoNem's post in LSPD First Response has crashed was marked as the answer   
    So I have found what was causing this error. Few days ago when I was plating LSPDFR I have edited defaultRegions.xml and forgot about it. When I was editing it I accidentally duplicated the first line of the code witch was causing the error.
    Now I fixed it and it works fine.
