EUP and Peds

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Im pretty much brand new to GTA on windows, used to play it on xbox.  I have the EUP mod etc and want to get custom EUP in order to mod my game. Im aware, to my knowledge, EUP only changes 'my outfit', but doesnt effect NPCs. How can I get custom EUP for NPC cops? I have looked at the santos jurisdiction mod (shown below), though this appears to require specific EUP?

Is there any way to get EUP on npc officers, without changing 'normal' story mode NPCs?

Thank you (ive watched a few tutorials but not been the most helpful)

You need one of these files for EUP outfits to apply to NPCs.  Basic covers only the agencies from the base game, Ultimate Edition applies to the base agencies and includes new agencies such as the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office and Los Santos Port Authority.
