ok i got the winrar downloaded and moved the files like you told me. Now LSPDFR keeps crashing

Attach the rph log, it's located in your gta main folder

i got into the game but as soon as it loaded it crashed. But i could see that i could play as a firefighter? should i just re-install the whole LSPDFR and fire callouts and try again?

It's not necessery, just attach here the log so we can resolve this

ok i found the file in the main GTA file. its the RPH. Readme.txt. file. If that is the right file where do i put that?

In the main gta folder you should have a folder named "logs" open it and attach the latest log here

RagePluginHook.log

Update RageNativeUI -> link

you need to download that and copy: RageNativeUI.xml and .dll files in the main gta directory

1: Did you install EUP Law&Order, EUP Serve&Rescue and EUP Menu? If not install them, you can search a tut for installing these

 

1.1: If yes / After installing these follow these steps:  return to a police station, as if you need to go on-duty, click police locker, change the agency and choose LSFD or LSCoFD or BCFD and select the firefighter uniform, for the firetruck go to police garage, and the same agencies. You can also use EUP Menu (Click F11 to open the menu) to dress as a firefighter

The first two you need OpenIV, there's also a tutorial on how to install them.

 

EUP Menu: EUPMenu_release_2_3_0_0 > Files > Drag the plugins folder into the gta5 main directory.

 

To enable the EUP Menu plugin you can do 2 things: Open the RPH settings when launching, click "Plugins" and select: Load all plugins on start up or Load these plugins on startup (and then select the plugin), or when in game click F4 and digit: LoadPlugin EUPMenu
