The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Is there any plugin that could let me select a specific position for a backup to arrive to? Something simillar to the game "Emergency" where you send units to locations by clicking there.

 

I think it would be a nice plugin to integrate with UltimateBackup. It could work in some way by letting you choose if you want to set a waypoint for the backup arrival. It could be a group waypoint (when for example calling a lot of units) or a small waypoint for a backup officer, ambulance or firetruck.
