i downloaded this car and for some reason its handling is messed up i get into the car like its a suv or a truck and it handles like crap i did just instal the rancher non els vehicle and then uninstalled it and installed this so is the the problem or is the handling jsut crap?

Go into common>data, find handling.dat and find the vehicle you want to change.

 

For example:

thanks i figured that out but when i put the lines in and test gta iv out the car still dosnt drive right and it goes wayyyyyyyyy to fast
