The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I need help. The control keys, such as carrying the arrested person with your arm, do not work. Furthermore, the Y continues to open the car doors to investigate during a call. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the plugin?

    Key functions can be modified in plugins, so if you have any plugins installed, those can create conflicts with default LSPDFR-keys.
    If you have plugins installed, check in the installation readme it the plugin has an INI-file.
    Some let you change what keys the plugin uses. That makes it possible to avoid conflicts
