I've been trying to find this one mod forever, I've previously clicked on it and read the description but can't seem to find it anywhere. Anyways the gist of the mod I'm talking about was you could honk or siren blip at other first responders and they'd honk back. If anyone knows what mod this is it, lmk! Thanks!
