The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi all! I have looked through the internet and LCPDFR forums but can't seem to find this issue anywhere. After a two week break, all of a sudden I get the issue seen in the title. It happens immediately when you double click the RPH shortcut. I can run the game on Steam just find so it seems that the Steam Client is running. I have also restarted my computer but no luck. Any suggestions. Thank you!

I don't know what the reason that it suddenly started occurring for, but you can workaround it to get back to playing LSPDFR (I am not quite sure how to fix it to straight launch from desktop otherwise unfortunately).

 

  1. Launch Steam and Launch GTA. Make sure that you select play story mode and NOT online. 
  2. Get past the loading screen (police chase, shootout, and any custom loading screens)
  3. When you get the option to select story mode, online, and whatever else, alt+tab.
  4. Launch RPH from your desktop. You may need to click it twice if it does not initially open. Wait for it to disappear to the bottom left of your screen.
  5. Click play story and it should start loading your plugins.

    This worked thank you so much. Hopefully, my game will eventually load normally again without all this having to be done. But thank you so much!!
