what FPS are you getting with those plugins cause i dont have a super good PC but i get 40-60 with a few plugins 

 This ryzen is too weak for gpu (bottleneck around 40% at 1080p and 1440p).

Whereas plugins (lspdfr too - AI behavior etc) mostly use more CPU then it just use rest of available power to render fps (with reduced power of gpu cuz bottleneck).

what cpu do you rec for a rtx 4070ti

this is a nzxt pc i dont think they sold me a bottleneck

 Ready-made products most of time have weird combined specs. Year ago I had combined ryzen 5600 with rx 6700XT and it was one of best possibilities for 1440p resolution.

i got the money

  I combined my 4070Ti with Ryzen 7900 (X version would be ok too but I decided that less than 1% performance and higher temps are not worth of more money) and in city/paleto my fps are around 100, at places with a lot of grass/paleto forest around 90.

CPU usage: around 20-25%

GPU usage: above 90%

 

 

 What CPU would be good too? I think you can take a look at test videos with: 7900X3D, 13700K (it was my second choice) - versions with KF, F or just simple 13700 should be fine too.

 

 Also remember that rtx 4000 series are created mostly for games with DLSS+Frame Generation then in games where this features are available it's completly other way with bottleneck - mostly this thing like it just disappear.

 

 Like I have mentioned above it's mostly about 1440p res cuz this gpu is Imo created for this resolution. If you use 1080p I think that you can try to take look for videos with a stitch lower CPU (like 5800X3D - Imo best option for AM4; 13600/F/KF/K etc) combined with 4070Ti.

i made a mistake i dont have ti i just got the reg 4070

Networking.DisableDiscordRichPresence = true

PoliceStation.DisableAmbientSpawn = true

Frisking.DisableCovid19Items = true

Callouts.DisableBigRadar = true

AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits = true

Main.PreloadAllModels = false

WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0

Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
