I have installed all els files and everything installed all scrip hooks and everting but it just wont work and the vehicles lights are like stuck blue or red

Can you open the ELS control panel ingame with Cntrl+P?

And what vehicle model are we talking about?

so i cant it just says action replay and the car mod is 

 

i have tried both els versions .5 and .0 and non work 

 

also i have all the plugin and stuff and it is installed right on open iv

Make sure to install ScripthookV and dinput8 in the main gta folder &

to install a custom gameconfig, heap adjuster & packfile limit adjuster, if you havent already.

 

Then check if you can open the ELS panel with Cntrl+P.

okay i did all of that installed it re installed it and tried to open it and still nothing

 

Pls post a screenshot of your gta folder, so we can check your files.

Just want to be sure, did you not forget to install ELS configs?

no i did everything right 

 

Reinstall the asiloader in openiv, then restart your pc
