Assuming you mean the view, the description also has the mod name and link. It is a paid mod through Patreon Benzo recently covered an installation video on. 

 

Edit: I completely misunderstood the topic when I originally read it and went straight to viewing the video you posted, completely on me. I would recommend what Lennyy mentioned, and no, AI voices is not a mod.
