hello, so i maybe know the issue but just suspecting if it is really the problem or not but after updating windows i think the issue started since im in the Insider Program "basically beta tester" i wanted to know if this is really what causing the crash or what?

- tried to restart steam/pc/graphics card , & nothing works

GTA V is possibly broken on the latest Windows Insider builds:

 

It's probably a DRM issue as DRM systems tend to depend on stable Windows API features, as at least personally for me the issue happened about 2 or 3 minutes into gameplay randomly. It seemed to be made worse by RPH running, but it also happened without RPH running. I reverted back to an earlier Windows build and it worked fine.

 

Edit: I should probably mention the release notes for this build mentions certain games are broken.

Well guess next windows update going to fix it?

for me i don't mind revert back to previous build but i don't know how, anyways, thanks for help now that you tell me isn't only me who having this issue, gonna wait for next update only & mentioning in release note would help a lot.
