More AI police conducting traffic stops especially on the interstates and Blaine county areas ,  maybe even AI speed traps   ?  random fire trucks on the move etc Ambulance and fire truck combo on to some random location...  mod for the aesthetics .    Thanks !   you guys are amazing !

Actually modding the AI is a bit tricky.
It would not be difficult to make a timer that at 'some' timespan would create a firetruck/ ambulance/ or policecar and send them to a random destination from a list with vectors, but ..
The gameplay would be quite limited.
Would you like a plugin that did that?

LSPDFR already has ambient events. If You want more ambient events
You an raise the frequency of at least some ambient events in your config, but these are ambient-events that involve you as Player.
Pure aesthetic ambience is afaik not possible to increase.

Let me know if you find it interesting.
Best Regards.
