"Mods - update - x64 - dlcpacks - eup - dlc.rpf - x64 - eup_componentpeds.rpf."

The duty belt will be located in one of those folders for MP male and female, depending on where it is installed on yours.

I am not looking for EUP ped texture.
I use "s_m_y_cop_01" and "s_f_y_cop_01 " dressed in the Lundy LAPD uniform.

I am looking at the IN-GAME cops, such as the officer questioning the perp in the mission row station.

Looking for the dir/folder holding that jbib file.

I would like to switch out the game cop duty belt texture  on male and female "mp_m_freemode_01" /"mp_f_freemode_01" cops.

Might you know what folder carries the "freemode" cops?

Firstly you said you looking for freemode characters. The thing is "mp_m_freemode" and "mp_f_freemode" characters it's GTA Online characters, which use strongly EUP uniform, because EUP replacing some of the GTA Online clothes.

Now you saying that you don't use GTA Online characters, and you need based GTAV cop models. I'm confused.

Also I'm not sure you able to change belt for s_m_y_cop_01, s_f_y_cop_01, etc., without editing model itself.

The inconsistency in your statements makes us question our ability to interpret the English language professionally.

In any case, assuming you're looking for SP Cop peds, copy and paste the model name into OpenIV search bar, click on search the entire directory, and all of the possible locations for that file will be listed.
