Rage Plug in Hook keeps crashing. No YouTube Videos Work.

When I use my Rage Plug in Hook, and it opens up, until I click open story mode with rage plug in hook, it starts to load, and crashes immediately I watched a video and it says if it did not work, then to ask here, I have been trying for about 2 days now, and no luck. Please help.
