The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

RagePluginHook crashes immediately after loading
I have GTA 5 with a bunch of mods (Quant V,reshade), but the LSPDFR worked well, and suddenly just the RPH began to crumble immediately after launch. I reinstalled the LSPDFR, but the problem remained. If you run the Hook already in GTA 5 itself and not in front of it, then this leads to a crash of the entire game.
