Bug report : world cleanup conflicts with ambient events

Running ambient events will cause a crash if Player ignore the event and refresh the world before the ambient event is engine cleaned up by LSPDFR.
The reason is that there is no callout-stopping pendent-method for Ambient events.
Call-outs would be just as problematic, but the method Functions.StopCurrentCallout(); avoids the crash
A function StopCurrentAmbientEvent(); would be sufficient to avoid the crash
