When performing duty in lspdfr, I often experience long delays. Latency is very annoying. When driving fast, the screen lags and frame drops for a long time. Character is inactive
i was setting down graphic, fixed follow youtube, edit lspdfr.in file but inefficient

Ram 16 GB

Core i5 - 7400 CPU 3000Ghz 4CPUs ~ 3.0GHz

1. Disk HDD or SSD (m.2 or SATA)
2. How much plugins and mods have u installed cuz some of them can be issue

my pluggin and mods below picture . i just mods vehicle 

 Try with rename mods folder to _mods (this gonna turn off your mods) and lets see if performence increase

Also I would recommend to delete traffic policer plugin.. it's rly outdated and can cause problem later (crashes etc)

I personaly use them and there is no problem to play without crashes

Plugins that was recommended by Kate is good, and you have to install them as well, but if I'm not mistaken new version of Traffic Policer is here. And I guess from all Albo plugins only Traffic Policer was updated, if you will experiance crashes and your game will be unstable, it's probably Traffic Policer, but not always.
