The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Ive updated every plug-in, rph, script hook, openIV, and deleted all added vehicles and it still crashes, not sure how to fix,  ive been scouring the forums looking for fixes for the last 3 hours but every fix thats helped everyone else of course doesnt help me. ive attached my rph log.

Right click on the GTAV folder and click properties and find the permissions tab. From there click the button that says full control to give your user profile all permissions, and save.

That didnt work i had already set it to full control
