Reloading All Plugins makes the game Close with out warning. 

I don't know what i did wrong ive been trying to pin point the corrupted file or a mod being in the wrong place.

Sorry, for the missunderstanding. Here it is.

So you can play base GTA 5 which loaded via RPH, but when you typing ReloadAllPlugins in console you getting crash?

I think it could be because of big amount of plugins, or because of inappropriate plugin installation. I think, as diagnostic measure, you could try load plugins one by one using LoadPlugin command, if there is some pluging which is broken or installed inappropriate your game is gonna crash, and you will know which one.

 

 

Or you could try load plugins on startup as well, and you don't have to use reload all plugins command. But I think your game is gonna crash but we're gonna know which plugin will cause that crash.

As i load plugins on startup it's completely fine. I try to go on-duty and LSPDFR crashes, but the game itself does not.

Couple of things:
1. Update: 686 Callouts, Dynamic Callouts, and Kuchera Callouts.
2. Remove: AutoPanic, DeLuca's County Calls (including dlGlobal), Dangerous Callouts, DynamicLSPDFR, Emergency Callouts, IG Callouts, OfficerPorciPlugin, Wilderness Callouts, and WoutersCalloutsV for a better experience.
3. Move: CalloutZ files from Plugins to Plugins/LSPDFR.
4. Re-download SuperCallouts and move CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll to your Main Directory as you are missing it.

Keep in mind, the error itself you had appears to be directly related to AutoPanic. So, like I said earlier, remove it.

As I have done all of your steps it still seems to keep crashing. Unless I have missed something.

Oh, I  have found that I didn't remove County Callouts and now I have removed it and everything seems to be working for now. Thank you!
