When I start to patrol it either crashes or after 5 mins from startup it just crashes randomly.

Couple of things:

1. Go into Plugins/LSPDFR and move PyroCommon into the Main Directory.
2. Rename mods to _mods and see if you experience any further crashes.

It works but it removes the replacement vehicles and puts them back at the default ones

That's the way it's supposed to be. If after renaming _mods back to mods you are still experiance crashes, then it was related to the mods installed in the mods folder. You can try to revert recent changes or start fresh mods folder.
