Trying to install ELS cars, I don't have "patchday"

Hello, so I'm very new to modding, especially here in LSPDFR, I've been looking for answers but I can't seem to find it, I'm trying to add cars, following a tutorial from YT yet, upon opening OpenIV, and following their instructions I can't seem to find a "patchday"  folder? any help can do! thanks.

 

Could contain: text, screenshot, software, computer icon, display, number, multimedia software, operating system

You’ll find them in update/x64/dlcpacks. Copy and paste the ones you need from there into the same path but within your mods folder.
