RPH Does not hook to GTA V

I am currently reinstalling GTA V. I had no mods of lspdfr and it was freshly installed, I opened GTA V and RPH at the same time like I always do and it is stuck on launching game. It tries to launch GTA V but ends up disconnecting me from social club leaving my current GTA V session unable to be played and it never ends up hooking. I'm looking for help on this matter as I would love to get back into lspdfr but am unable to. If you need logs let me know and I'll get them to you after the installation completes.

Can you post a Rage Plugin Hook Log?

Sorry but I'm unsure of how to get the logs. I thought it would be simple but rage plugin hook does not crash it only says "This is taking longer than usual" when trying to open my game. I have tried fully opening the game tabbing out and opening rph, stopping installers, and have verified my game files multiple times now. My GTAV is on Epic Games.
