Hello lads, I've added my gta 5 folder to my exceptions, I've even uninstalled my antivirus and I've checked reg.
For whatever reason RPH when I launch it, launches the game but the lil text says "launching game" forever even after the game has launced.
I've reinstalled RPH maybe a 1000 times now, I can't figure what it is.

GTA 5 works fine by itself.
I've even tried launching the game first then launching RPH but no luck, I;m honestly stumped and all out of ideas.

Heres some notable things that may help:

RPH never said "windows mightve blocked these, want to unblock them?"

RPH launcher logs say it's not the steam version however it is.

I wouldn't recommend uninstalling your anti-virus, usually adding an exception will suffice.

Can you upload your RagePluginHook.log from your main game folder?

Just the launcher logs as it never hooks to the game, I've added exceptions.
RagePluginHookLauncher.log

It is the steam ver of the game, and rage never hooks.. just stays on "Launching game" even when the game window itself has opened.

Try deleting the GTA.exe and GTA_BE.exe and verifying your game files on steam, and then try RPH again

Just to confirm, are RPH and LSPDFR the only mods you have installed?

Yes, along with script hook.

Can you upload your most recent RagePluginHook.log from your game folder?

It never hooks thus not creating a log file, only makes the launcher logs.
The game launches but rage stays open saying "Launching game" indefinitely.

Ah okay. Does it work if you run RPH as an admin?
