The game crashes at random moments, for example, 2 minutes after “Force Duty” during a traffic stop, and so on, although this has never happened before

Try to rename plugins folder to _plugins, and see if it works if it doesn’t then try to rename mods folder to _mods. 
 

This is to maybe help us single out where the problem is and help us focus on one area rather then having the whole game to troubleshoot.

If you happen to use reshade, try taking it out for a session or two, and then take a note of it it crashed randomly or not. I know I have had that issue ever since I started lspdfr, and turned out, Reshade would crash my ELS.asi from time to time, and then other occasions just cause my game to crash to desktop. Everyones game will be a little different, so try and keep in mind the mods you installed, and ensure all metas you may have updated have no syntax errors or missing lines.

Agree with this 100%, I would give it a try,  my whole computer blue screen sometimes when using reshades lol.

Most likely this is because of the VisualVanila graphic mod, I removed it and it seems like the crashes stopped
