The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Whenever I start up GTAV and RPH in order to run LSPDFR. My RPH connects but I am unable to launch the UI and Use the Commands when pressing 'F4' so essentially. RPH isn't fully Connecting to GTAV.
