LSPDFR and EUP keep crashing, but not the game

I load into the game and reload all plugins. I then force duty and right when i go to walk it crashes LSPDFR every time. EUP menu also will not work while the EUP pack is working. Anyone have any idea why. I will attach the last crash report.

Could you provide your RagePluginHook.log from the main directory? That log is entirely unreadable.

I am pretty sure they are unless they got updated within the last day
