Go into your lspdfr.ini and change the following to help with FPS:
Networking.DisableDiscordRichPresence = true
PoliceStation.DisableAmbientSpawn = true
Frisking.DisableCovid19Items = true
Callouts.DisableBigRadar = true
AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits = true
Main.PreloadAllModels = false
WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0
Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true

If it is still happening, there could be other variables such as vehicles and whatnot. Keep in mind that the more you add to your game, the more you may see FPS issues as GTA V is a CPU centered game and not GPU.

A very obvious reason why you lost so much FPS upon going on duty, is due to the amount of plugins/callouts you've installed in "Plugin - LSPDFR."

More callouts/plugins = more fun = less FPS.

Regardless of your system. Dual RTX 4090 with i9-13900K can still get 30 FPS with LSPDFR, if you're running a bunch of callouts/plugins at once.

My advice here is to limit the number of callouts/plugins in LSPDFR folder.

Three callouts are more than enough, as each callout pack includes many calls for you to respond.

As for plugins, you'll have to use your judgment and common sense, certain plugins such as ambiance events are likely to cause FPS loss; other plugins that utilize memory injection methods are likely to cause FPS loss as well.

So if "prefer maximum performance" is what you want, then you'll have to sacrifice a few callouts/plugins.
