The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello i did the things u said i removed a file and then tried to play the game for every asi file and it still crashes heres a crash report i got

ill try to redownload everything i guess

That is the incorrect file. The RPH Crash Log is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It will NOT be in your Logs folder.
