It has something to do with the LA revo. I deleted all off my dlc list. It had no issues afterward.

@DozelRhine I appreciate you even responding. This topic been up a couple of days. I know everyone is busy, but geesh not one comment from a moderator. So, I'm beyond grateful for you caring enough to even want to help these faulty game players. I've seen you help out numerous people. That's why I want to learn this game for myself and not seek help from people who have their own lives to focus on.

We provide support to our members on a voluntary basis, we devote our personal time whenever we're free to moderate forums and provide support.
 
It is not our sole duty to help you. As a matter of fact, your post could be left unanswered for a significant period of time.
 
All I'm asking here is, please be grateful that someone is willing to take a few minutes/hours out of their busy schedule to reply to your topic. 
 
And that kind of attitude is not going to make any of us respond faster.   
 
 

Your game is crashing when trying to initialize the game support. Disable your mods folder by renaming it to _mods and try loading the game again. If this works, undo any recently made changes to the mods folder.
 
If this does not work, verify the integrity of your game files via steam. Right click on the game in the library page, select local files, and verify the integrity. This will take some time to verify your files.
