What can cause an SMPA60 error BESIDES modding a saved car? In BOGT, I know that I haven't modded any of my saved cars, and the game loads fine, but it will sometimes crash with an SMPA60 when I'm nowhere near a safehouse. Why?

    That thread seems to be about saved cars (and I know it's not an ELS 7 issue, b/c this issue happened long before ELS 7 came out).
