Not sure why RagePlug In keeps saying slow system or insufficient permissions, I'm not exactly sure what I did incorrectly. If anyone has any ideas or knows how to fix i'd appreciate any resolutions.

Add your GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC. Then try again. If you are still having that issue, consult the RPH FAQ.
