The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Couple of extra things:
1. Update: Grammar Police and XScanner.
2. Remove: Keep Calm and SuperCallouts2 (this is not needed with the newer version of Super Callouts).
3. Navigate to the lspdfr.ini in the lspdfr folder and change the following to reflect below:
     MainPreloadAllModels = false
