Install Callout Interface and ensure that CalloutInterfaceAPI is installed to the Main Directory. Also install RageNativeUI to Main Directory.

Additionally:
1. Update: Traffic Policer
2. Remove: ForceACallout. You can force callouts with Callout Interface.

And do ypu know how do I open the calls menu?

With Callout Interface, you can open the ini for it and set what keybind you want/see what keybind it is.

When I got a call and respond it my game crashed.

you're missing parkstools from betterems, install it in the main gta folder

you're missing albo1125.common, install it in the main gta folder

 

I would recommend, just to be sure, to send the RPH Crash Log. Its a txt file in the Main Directory called either RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log.

Its not write a log 

its give me to copy the crash 

this is the rerror, ots not give me any logs on GTA directory

On top of what Chris mentioned to try, I suggest going into the lspdfr.ini and changing the following to reflect below:
AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0
AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0

You can use the same thread to post new issues that you are having.

Ill use it with the next problem... but now do you now what should I do?

1. Update your RageNativeUI found here.
2. Re-install BetterEMS as you are missing files.
3. Re-install Traffic Policer from here as you are missing files/incorrectly installed files.

For future reference, please send the correct RPH log. It's a txt file found in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It will NOT have numbers in it or be in the logs folder.
