The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

i installed lspdfr few weeks ago, i tried  different methods to try to solve this problem (even the one that Benzo Effect recommended) but it didnt work. does anyone know how to help me ?(and sorry for my bad english)

    If you are talking about the decals from EUP... They are currently broken - the only known partial fix is to launch the regular game then once loaded in launch RPH. If that doesn't work there is no other known fix.
