i have 8 gb of ram. my pc is not good

if I rename the folder the game doesn't crash but the vehicles I added won't load. However I reinstalled everything. I added these three packs with a custom gameconfig (x1.5 peds / x1.5 traffic) and the game still crashes. Here is the log file dlcojdwd.txt

Hi! I was quietly installing the additional lore vehicles for ultimate backup (addon vehicles) everything was fine until my game started crashing with an RPH error. Is there something I did wrong? or do I simply have too little RAM? Help me please

i installed lspdfr few weeks ago, i tried different methods to try to solve this problem (even the one that Benzo Effect recommended) but it didnt work. does anyone know how to help me ?(and sorry for my bad english)

Hi, today I tried to reinstall LCPDFR on GTA 4 manually. I launched GTA 4, and right after the loading screens, it crashed. Since it's not the first time it happens (it occurs when LCPDFR is installed), I checked the diagnostic tools and detected two issues. The first one is "ScriptHookDotNet.asi modified." The solution stated that the file is modified and to resolve it, I should reinstall the mod (which I did), but it didn't help (I believe the file is not modified). The second problem says "Failed to resolve MSVCP100.dll." The only solution it provides is to check the log file. Please help me because I really want to play this mod without any issues.

Hi, I installed the LCPDFR mod on Gta IV version 1.0.7.0. Gta without the mod starts normally but when I go to put the mod in the game folder, Gta loads the menu to choose whether to start or change the options and when I go to load a new game it shows me the loading screen but then crashes a few seconds later. My GTA version is totally legal since I bought it on Steam.
