The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Remove ScriptHookV.dll and see if the game crashes at all. And before you say it, yes, certain things in-game will not be working when you remove SHV.dll. This is just for testing purposes.

1. For starters in `Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR`:
Remove the plugins in RED.
Update the plugins in YELLOW.
Delete the files in purple (they are installed in the wrong place).

2. Reinstall Callout Interface you're missing files

3. Open the commandline.txt file, found in your main Grand Theft Auto directory, delete everything inside the file then add -windowed and save the file.

Did you send the log cause it crashed again?

Also, for a bit of cleaning, I would go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
