The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You could have offered a solution instead of giving them something that would simply repeat this log issue. If you have no idea what the issue is, I would simply recommend not responding as it doesn't help the person asking for support.

When launching RagePluginHook, hold in your left shift key, wait about 10 seconds for a menu to pop up. Here, change your PluginThresholdTimeout value to 60000 instead of 10000, and try going on duty again.
