still doesnt work

so i have recently manually deinstalled eup, and now i reinstalled it again. so i start the game up and the eup doesnt work. here is also my gamelog RagePluginHook_30102023_161739.log

When launching RagePluginHook, hold in your left shift key, wait about 10 seconds for a menu to pop up. where do i put the files?

when i run the command "forceduty" it just says: 'unhandled exeption occured in console command "forceduty" + my other plugins like: stop the ped, ultimate backup etc.. are not working what do i do? btw these are my logs: RagePluginHook_19052023_184826.log
