Try and uninstall ALPR+ as that's back from 2017 and may be the reason your crashing, lots of plugins that are out of date do that alot.

Ok thats good, Try uninstalling Traffic Control mod and give that a shot.

How much storage do you currently have on your device?

Does GTA crash or does LSPDFR Plugin crash? Also make sure all your plugins are up to date and launching RagePluginHook, hold in your left shift key or hit the gear icon, wait for an menu to pop up. change your PluginThresholdTimeout value to 60000 instead of 10000 if you don't have it at 60000

Not to sure if you need to know or not but, you will not lose any of your data while updating.

I got a simple temporarily/permeant fix for ya: Go to a PD and go on duty.

It was the fail to decrypt the character thing, all I had to do was delete the character in the char folder in the LSPDFR file.

I turned it off when i was at school, I tried turning it on and off, I'll re try that again But yes my characters name is Kames John But I've never opened that file ever.

Alright, So I started up LSPDFR perfectly normal this morning Got back from school, loaded up LSPDFR and LSPDFR crashed, Everything else I believe works right. I've tried many ways to try to get it to startup but so far I haven't got nothing.
