lspdfr is the only thing set to load so there's no chance other things affect the game

I would like you to remove them from contents as well.

If it still isnt working, you may simply have to access the garage the normal way or spawn a car via a trainer.

still doesn't work, installed this rph plugin which unstuck me from the loading screen upon loading it, but it still spawns me on top of the car (probably getting on foot is an effect of the unstuck) so I wonder if u can perhaps see how to fix it looking at what the plugin did, i wouldn't like to have to use it every time i leave the garage

The camera position issue in the garage is caused by "AxonSignal" plugin. It is a known bug reported by me. (check the plugin description)

Removed not needed stuff.

For the first time since the issue began (as far as I remember), the garage worked—but only once and while off duty. Trying to use it again from the inside—also off duty—didn’t work, resulting in a black screen load.

For the first time, I managed to get the garage working three times in a row. police spawned each time immediately, but when I tried sheriff right afterward, it slowly faded into a black loading screen. After loading UnstuckV, sheriff was left in the spot where police had previously spawned, and I was clipped inside of it, as if the spawn worked.
