Hello my dear fellow officers.Can i please , pretty please get some help after this new update i get Constant crashes when i try to load the game , from original exe and from rage exe all the same few seconds of loading then crash to desktop.While i still got some crashes before the update now it is unserviceable. I am at my wits end don't know what to do. PS : thank you Rockstar for some update that i never wanted , don't know what it does and probably never will. With reminds me why i turned away from GTA years ago .They put up a update mess with our LSPDFR the great people here resolve the issue and on and on it goes. I love Love Lspdfr but at this point is just agravation and fear i will get tired of this soon. So any help is appreciated... hope something can be done. Thank you all and have a great day!

The latest update of RagePluginHook is flaged as malicious as Windows Antivirus. For the time you play, you should deactivate it and it should work as stated by the developers.

I turned off real time protection and anything i could turn off in the antivirus section still no luck.Same result on or off still crash after few seconds i also added the whole folder as exception.

2 weeks now my game still not running ,,, thank the heavens for Starfield.

Is the game crashing on launch? If so, screenshot your Main Directory please.

Thank you for the replay ... Yes i get crashes on startup ...Can't even start in story mode ... not that it would matter because i can't advance the story ... for Tonya decided to never show up ... After all these i was hoping to get a nice experience out of LSPDFR ... but all got was anger and frustration!

Oh dear....whelp, here we go:

1. Rename mods to _mods and retry.
2. If that still doesn't work, rename ELS to _ELS and retry.
3. If still nothing, rename Scripts to _Scripts and retry.
4. If still nothing, rename lml to _lml and ModManager to _ModManager and retry.
5. If still still nothing, remove ALL SHV.NET files and try again.
6. If after all that nothing, you need to clean your WHOLE Directory and re-install manual LSPDFR.

Thanks i do apreciate it ... don't get me wrong but i do not care for the vanilla game to work ... i wanted to play LSPRFR and if i rename any of those folders ... it will run the vanilla game? 4 what?

The point is that if you install a bunch of stuff and then test after everything, it will most likely crash. If the first 4 steps simply do not work, there are too many variables to test and restarting fresh may be your best option. That way we can ascertain whether or not RPH will work with your base game with no mods at all.

My personal problem is that i did not just added a bunch of mods at once and hope they all work like magic . Before the update the game ran fine ... after i took me weeks to make it work from another update that i did not asked for , erlier this year. As i said i do apreciate the help and i'm grateful ... if you are sugesting i try to turn on and off every mod i need for LSPDFR ... i can't ... i was hoping it was it was something obvious ...Turning mods on and off would feel like work at this point... and i just finished a 5 day / 12 hours shifts ... so ... But i do thank you , you are very kind.

At this point, there is too many alternatives. Hence why I asked you to clean the folder.

The work i put in over the years in GTA ... modding fixing and playing the upset is not equal to enjoyment . All i try to say that those mods i hand picked myself not because i ,,need'' them or all of them ... but it is because i enjoy playing games my own way or not at all. So i'm not going to pull a all nighter to listen to the intro song only to find that the last mod i try is the one with the problem ... and anyway i will not want to part with any of the mods ... So again thank you so so much and sorry if i wasted your time  , i marked your answer as a solution because i keep hearing the same thing.I ll change the game at this point to something i can enjoy ... not work for ... so that my game might work till ... i bet December has a update ... this exhausting coming and going got me to stop playing in the first place.
