The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

when i open graphics tab in settings game crashes

Even though this game is old, i am not sure you can use Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
Some updating in directX could be missing.
Dont know if dx11 can run on win7

Can you load lspdfr if you do not attempt to change any settings?
You crash before you are loaded.

One plugin is being probed for loading:
Restrain The Deceased:
The probe says There is no update available
I would disable the plugin as a test, then restart GTAV and then lspdfr

log always says win 7 im on 11 lol

also yeah i can load everything fine its just when i want to change a setting in graphics it crashes
