Basically. The game version I have installed is the 2944.0. The RagePluginHook though is telling me that I've installed the 2545.0. How can I proof the Program that it's wrong?

Did you copied all RagePluginHook files out of the newest LSPDFR Download and overwrite the old ones in your Main Folder?

Yes I did. I copied the whole folder into the Gta folder, then opened the RagePluginHook. 

You can download RagePluginHook on their Website and copy those files into your Game Folder overwrite all and try again. Also start your game first and while it starts make a double click on the RagePluginHook.exe.

Use the RPH included in the LSPDFR manual installation package, which is the latest version. 

I both downloaded RagePluginHook from the internet and replaced the old files, opened mid game and also used the RPH in the download installation. My last guess is to reinstall the game which I most definitely do not want to because it will take ages. 

Make a rightclick on your GTAV.exe and click on characteristics. Then click on the Tab Details and check your Fileversion to be sure that your GTAV.exe is updated. Alternative you can also check your game for Errors. It could help.
