I am sorry but you have the most annoying issue known -at all
SlimDX-fail

It is very complicated to solve..
You do absolutely need a 100% updated windows installation!

Your .NET may need to be reinstalled
And and and..

There is a FAQ article
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Hp2Qco0qsgKfohkhjYWUxTr2OF7NSCkp8uSZwWz6rRQ/edit#heading=h.ga53kl28476
No info why some gets this fail, my guess is that it is fail in win-update, and in that context i wonder: Do you happen to have a LABTOP-computer?, because if so.. i think i know ...

Hello I messaged you before about a problem with my gta v lspdfr which was when dispatch talks for a callout or when calling backup it freezes makes beep noises and crashes to desktop, Can you please help me with this.

This is my rageplugin hook . log

, simple fix, reinstall the lspdfr/audio folder

you do not have to do all this complicated stuff that was said above, just reinstall Grand Theft Auto V/lspdfr/audio
this happened to me before and this fixed it, if it still doesnt work then do the above message

Yes this is definitely the problem, in the log file, it states that something went wrong when trying to "stream" an audio file, and then the game crashed

reinstall GTA5\lspdfr\audio and run the game, it should be fixed

it most likely was a sound mod, like for example realistic radio tones or realistic handcuff sfx, and the audio file wasnt converted properly

If that work, it would be amazing !
Do you happen to know what them reason is for the audio-folder being corrupted -If it is indeed corrupted(?)

the problem most likey was that when you accepted a callout, the dispatcher audio files tried to play, but they were corrupted and couldnt play, so the game crashed

hi so you said for me to reinstall lspdfr and gta v but I've done that many times I've deleted gta v reinstalled it and installed lspdfr again but it still didn't work

I also have no idea why the audio file is corrupted , this just randomly happened

I also have my pc windows updated

You've also said to remove slimdx and restart the pc but when I did that and tried loading gta v with rage it doesn't work ,so I basically need the slimdx in the gta v directory for rage to load up

Is there anything else I can do to solve this as I have had this problem for a few weeks now

1. no one said to delete slimdx
2. you may need to reinstall your .net frameworks

If qaws easy fix just reinstalling lspdfr-audio did not work, then you need to go through the process i linked to, from the FAQ, and that is sadly complicated

Yeah i had a look at it and its very confusing to do

if the audio fix didnt work then something else is corrupted, some file is corrupted, but it just isnt the audio

Yeah but if I've reinstalled gta v and reinstalled lspdfr why would there be a file that's corrupt {i also had no plugins installed when i reinstalled everything }

That is the problem. If you get an error after you have dome that complete reinstall, it is as qaws says an error in your OS. You said that you just recently re-installed windows, so there may have been something that went wrong. You could try a win-repair process
like

https://www.easeus.com/resource/how-to-repair-windows-10.html

There are also several videos on yT

like

https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=how+to+repair+windows+10+without+losing+data#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:5d1e8cb3,vid:1RwxwNNPt7c

Do create a restore-point before you start messing with windows, and also make backups of your own files!
