Alternatives to ScriptHookVDotNet for loading dll plugins?

Featured Replies

Evening all, hope you're doing well. Also apologies if this is in the wrong section, it's been a hot minute since I've been on the forums here.

Long and short of things: I'm trying to get the Forced First Person Aim Mod to work. Realized I needed ScriptHookVDotNet and so I installed that, and while it worked at first as soon as I tried loading RPH I got a crash to desktop. In doing some research I found out that apparently the currently available version of SHVDN isn't compatible with RPH or the current version of GTA (Not sure exactly which one is the issue, but I digress). Been scratching my head the past couple hours trying to find a workaround but really haven't found many solutions. Is there a potential fix for this so I can get the mod working, or am I just kinda out of luck?

Thanks!

Best bet (atleast what worked for me) is finding an older/outdated version of SHVDN and using that instead. I had the same problem until I found an older one from 2 years that I used and didn't crash

Thanks! I'll give that a whirl and see what happens.
