[Solved] Game Freeze Error with LSPDFR Plugin - Need Help!

Hello everyone,

I hope you are all doing well. I'm experiencing an issue with the LSPDFR plugin that causes my game to freeze. Every time I try to load the plugin, I get the following error message:

"[7/24/2023 8:16:48 PM.817] LSPD First Response: WARNING! Plugin "LSPD First Response" was terminated because it caused the game to freeze (Freeze was caused by game fiber: Plugin "LSPD First Response" main fiber)." I have tried updating both LSPDFR and my other mods, but the problem persists. 

Here are some additional details that may be helpful:

Game version: 1.0.2944.0 (Epic Games)
LSPDFR version: LSPDFR_049_8584
Installed mods: Axon Signal, Dynamic Lighting System, Cop Holster, Delete Last Vehicle, Stop The Ped, Ultimate Backup, CompuLite, RP-X = Roleplay Expanded, EUPFR Menu (LML), EUPFR Ultimate Edition (LML), EUPFR Basic Configurations (LML), Emergency uniforms pack - Law & Order (LML), Emergency uniforms pack - Serve & Rescue (LML), EUP Badges and NOOSE Multi-Agency Pack (LML). 
Crashlog and Log files: RagePluginHook.logModManager.log
