Is the GTA crime monitor showing all player playing LCPDFR or is it just the online server?  Kinda neat to see all the activity going on in LC.

 

Side Note:  Never played online (only been online in Falcon 4BMS), do I need to join a clan to jump on the server?  How's that work?

The crime monitor is showing all live player activity on LCPDFR. 

 

You can pretty much play LCPDFR on any online server, but for stability and more fun, it is good to join a clan. 

Cool, so it's showing all players, whether playing multiplayer or not. 

 

Would be nice if you could jump into a multiplayer as a civillian or cop in a larger open server (not MMO...not that big).  That way I join a server as a civilian and go on a massive crime spree, rob a bank then have a shoot out with player controlled cops online - Heat style.

Our Role Playing Group is recruiting members, all new members start out as civilians, and if they want to join a service such as the Police, EMS, Fire Department, then they will have to apply when jobs are posted.

 

To make our citizens experience more enjoyable, we are testing a interactivity mod which allows you to cause a little more mayhem if you want to play a bad citizen.
