The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Is there have a key of microphone on police car? So that if i traffic stop the ped i will not go outside in the vehicle and i will not talk to the ped in front of his/her car.     I'm not quite sure what you are trying to ask. In order to interact with a ped on a traffic stop you need to go up to their vehicle and press the E key.
    On a felony stop (via UltimateBackup/StopThePed) you can order the ped to leave their car and have them arrested at gunpoint.
